This is made with just three ingredients; Sugar, self-rising flour, and Vanilla Yogurt.

How To Make Quick And Easy No Yeast Puff-Puff.

These ingredients are perfectly combined for an amazing savouring experience. The end result is superb and delicious.

If you still want additional flavour, you may want to add 1\2 teaspoon of grated nutmeg or Cinnamon.

I’ll be using vanilla yogurt for this recipe, so there won’t be additional flavour but if you desire more, free free to add more.

  • Combine all the ingredients: Self-rising Flour, Sugar and the plain Yogurt .
  • Mix everything together thoroughly until the dough is smooth and soft.
  • Place your frying oil on medium heat. Make sure the oil is not too warm or too hot. We don’t want uncooked Puff-Puff and we don’t want them to get soaked in the oil. (This is very important for a perfect result)
  • Then start frying. Scoop the dough into the frying oil with your hand or you can use the ice cream scooper to achieving the desired round shape.
  • Fry between 5-6 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Remove and drain. Serve hot and enjoy

How To Make No Yeast Sugar Puff-Puff

If you would love to try this method only two ingredients are needed. The self-rising flour and plain yogurt.

  • Combine both ingredients to form a smooth and soft dough. You may add a little bit of milk or water if the right consistency is not achieved.
  • Place your frying oil on medium heat and start frying until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove and drain.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl or freezer bag, drop the puff-puff in the sugar for tossing.
  • Enjoy why still warm and fresh

How To Make Homemade Self-Rising Flour

All you just need to do is to add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to 300 grams of all purpose flour. Mix together thoroughly. Your self-rising flour is ready to be used.

OR

Use 1 teaspoon of baking Soda in 300 grams of all-purpose flour.
